QRAA/WAC is about events, tours, flight training, social events and information and idea exchange amongst peers. Recreational and General Aviation pilots from across Australia are invited to be involved. Warwick is situated 2 hours west of Brisbane and 60 minutes south of Toowoomba. The Darling Downs and SE Qld generally boasts numerous airstrips, landmarks, landscapes and a large number of recreational aircraft owners.QRAA/WAC events will challenge, educate, excite and satisfy the adventurous side of your flying pursuits. QRAA/WAC tours comprise a combination of fly-in's to events organised by RA-Aus and other clubs or associations and activities arranged by QRAA/WAC. QRAA/WAC carries insurance for all members. Recreational Aviation is the fastest growing flying activity in the world. RA-Aus has 10,000 members and 4,000 registered aircraft. There are 13,000 General Aviation aircraft in Australia.
